The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world. We're looking for a Partner Business Manager to join our team, with a dedicated focus on supporting Softcat. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Sales, you will be responsible for: Developing strong working relationships with Zscaler's sales teams, Softcat's leadership, and key stakeholders to foster collaborations that drive joint account plans and high-impact engagements Supporting partner readiness by educating and enabling Softcat leadership and sales teams on Zscaler's solutions, value propositions, and GTM strategies Driving co-sell activities and aligning internal field sales teams with Softcat to accelerate sales cycles, increase sales pipeline, and meet revenue goals Partnering with regional and national Softcat teams to identify mutual prospects, create demand for Zscaler solutions, and drive new business meetings Tracking joint performance metrics and coordinating regular cadence reviews to ensure partner success and alignment on goals What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 4 years of experience in sales or channel partnerships, with a proven record of achieving sales or business development targets Experience in solution-selling and working with third-party partners to drive revenue Strong organisational and collaboration skills, with attention to stakeholder alignment and successful execution of co-sell strategies Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and technical teams What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with born-in-the-cloud partners Relationships with national security & network VARs desired Knowledge of network transformation technologies or experience working with cybersecurity solutions in SaaS or cloud environments \LI-Hybrid \LI-PM1 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
