This is a fast-paced and varied Administrator role based in Warrenpoint, ideal for someone with experience in scheduling engineers, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting maintenance operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of works by managing schedules, handling enquiries, and supporting operational teams.

Duties will include:
1. Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of engineers and subcontractors
2. Use internal systems to plan and allocate maintenance works efficiently
3. Handle incoming calls and customer/service enquiries professionally
4. Maintain accurate records within the company software system
5. Support the delivery of maintenance operations through effective coordination
6. Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) policies
7. Carry out general administrative and office duties as required
Essential Criteria:
* GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Minimum 5 years' administration experience or relevant qualification
* Experience in scheduling, coordination, or maintenance administration (highly desirable)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and meet deadlines
* Experience dealing with the general public and internal stakeholders
