Location: Airdrie
Working Hours and Compensation
1. 40 hours per week, on a 5/6 Rota
2. Working hours: 06:00 - 14:00
3. £16.56 per hour

Main Responsibilities
1. Leading and motivating your team of service delivery crews and Team Leaders, coaching and developing as needed
2. Ensuring efficient fleet utilization, resource planning, and cost control, while maintaining compliance
3. Leading legal compliance and safety initiatives
4. Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within the Transport function
5. Managing team development, training drivers in CPC, standards, and product installation
6. Making prompt, customer-focused decisions to protect service quality
7. Managing on-site resources to meet customer needs effectively
Ideal Candidate
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Leader/Supervisor in a transport operation
* Good knowledge of Road Transport Regulations and holding a national CPC
* Adherence to ‘O’ Licence requirements
* Full UK driving license
* Experience in improving transport operations and operational excellence
* Strong people skills for influencing, coaching, and development
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high-pressure delivery expectations
