We are looking for kind, reliable and professional Care Professionals to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas.
This is not a rushed, high-volume care environment. Our focus is on delivering unrushed, relationship-led care, giving both our clients and Care Professionals the time they deserve.

Early mornings
Evenings

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The Role
Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
Supporting with personal care, companionship and daily routines
Building meaningful relationships with clients
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

£13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience
Enhanced evening and weekend rates
Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
45p per mile mileage allowance
Holiday pay (12.07%)
Company pension (3% contribution)
Enhanced pay on designated holidays
