We are supporting an expanding retirement developer in their recruitment for an experienced new homes sales consultant for an exciting development in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an outstanding customer journey, from the first enquiry through to completion of a sale. You will be the single point of contact throughout their journey delivering the highest quality of service, product knowledge and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and direct sales and rental activities for the development.
* Be the first point of contact for all sales/rental calls – responding quickly and efficiently to all enquiries.
* Qualify and register potential buyers using the CRM system, ensuring GDPR requirements are met and file notes are accurate and up to date.
* Keeping up to date with CRM tasks
* Maintaining regular contact with customers.
* Active involvement with pre-launch events, open days, and marketing events
* promote the development/ lifestyle/community/properties skilfully negotiating offers
* Negotiating sales and guiding purchasers throughout the purchase.
* Ensure purchasers experience a smooth completion and handover, including the preparation of the property and any associated gifts, key handover, and actual move in.
* Handover of key resident requirements to the community (Village Manager and team) in terms of onsite community facilities and amenities.
* Networking with local groups and the community to build relationships and increase awareness of the Company and its developments, facilities and amenities, professional groups, and wider community involvement.
Essential Candidate Attributes:
* Previous experience in Retirement Sales or mainstream new home sales is essential.
* Full driving licence
* Proven history of achieving/exceeding set KPIs
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Experience of extended sales cycle environments
* Experience of off plan selling
