Join Our Team:
Were looking for a skilled and proactive Capital Project Manager to support the delivery of capital schemes from inception to completion. This is a hands-on, permanent role ideal for someone who thrives on detail, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead smaller capital projects and support major schemes within the Strategic Estates team
Supervise construction stages and fulfil NEC3 Works Supervisor duties
Ensure compliance with procurement, health and safety, and building regulations
Manage contractor performance and site supervision
Develop project documentation including feasibility studies, specifications, and business cases
Provide regular milestone reporting and post-project evaluation
Ideal Candidate:
Degree and post-graduate qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
Project Management qualification and experience in NHS capital works (preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of HTM, HBN, and statutory building regulations
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
