Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, creative, and well‑structured lessons in line with the national curriculum for a mixed Year 3 & 4 class.
* Uphold and implement the school’s trauma‑informed and responsive policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all pupils.
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and families to promote wellbeing and positive learning outcomes.
* Adopt inclusive approaches to education, ensuring that all pupils, including those with additional needs, can access and succeed in learning.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively, using data to inform planning and interventions.
* Maintain high standards of professional conduct, safeguarding, and pupil welfare at all times.
* Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, including events, enrichment activities, and collaborative projects.
* Engage in professional development, reflecting on practice and seeking opportunities for growth in line with the Teachers’ Standards.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, fostering positive partnerships to support pupil progress.
