We are a multi-venue operation offering a range of modern food and beverages, including alcohol sales at our gig venue Metronome Bar and a cafe-style service at Antenna. The role involves coordinating the team, serving food and beverages, promoting sales, responding to customer queries, and managing the cleanliness of the working area. Tasks also include operating the cash register, managing stock, and performing some basic food preparation.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the Hospitality & Catering team to deliver high-quality service across venues.
* Serve food and beverages, promote sales, respond to customer queries, and ensure a clean working area.
* Operate the cash register and manage stock effectively.
* Perform some basic food preparation as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Flexible approach to working hours and location (we operate over 4 campuses, 7 days a week).
* Friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment is preferred but not essential.
* High hygiene standards when working with food; adherence to health & safety and departmental standards and procedures.
