JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
LOCATION: East Grinstead - Car Driver Required
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
PAY RATE: £25, - £28, DOE

What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients sales efforts and ensuring their customers receive the best service possible. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Follow Up on Leads: Engage with leads generated through marketing and advertising, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to successful sale.
2. Customer Interaction: Meet with customers visiting the office, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
3. Tactful Communication: Handle all visitors and callers with enthusiasm, tact, and diplomacy, creating a positive impression of our organisation.
4. Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of products, services, and overall objectives to effectively assist customers.
5. Team Collaboration: Liaise with various departments regarding requests for estimates, and any issues related to shortages or remedials.
6. Administrative Duties: Handle all administrative tasks, including monitoring and following up on general sales inquiries, setting up customer appointments, and managing diaries.
7. Planning and Regulations: Monitor planning applications and liaise with planning authorities, as well as oversee building regulations applications.
8. Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, plans, and other essential information for customers to facilitate the sales process.
