Oakland Care Group is seeking friendly, reliable, and professional Hosts to join our team at our residential home in Littlehampton.
Location: Littlehampton | Hours: Weekend Host – 20 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday, 09:00–19:00) – Maternity Cover for 1 year
Salary: Host (Under 18 years) Weekdays: £12.90 per hour; Weekends: £13.90 per hour; Overtime: £14.90 per hour; Bank Holiday: £19.35 per hour
Host (18+ years) Weekdays: £13.67 per hour; Weekends: £14.67 per hour; Overtime: £15.67 per hour; Bank Holiday: £20.50 per hour

Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional hospitality service to residents during mealtimes and refreshments.
* Assist with meal preparation, plating, serving, and clearing.
* Ensure dining rooms, lounges, and service areas are clean, organised, and inviting.
* Support residents in a polite and respectful manner, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are understood and met.
* Maintain stock of refreshments, cutlery, tableware, and hospitality supplies.
* Prepare snack trolleys and drinks throughout the day as required.
* Follow food hygiene standards and infection control procedures at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the care and kitchen teams to ensure smooth dining experiences.
* Uphold the home's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
* Maintain accurate documentation where required (e.g., food temperature checks, cleaning records).
* Attend training, meetings, and supervision sessions as required.
* Comply with all health and safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
