Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage large corporate tax engagements across a varied client base
2. Deliver strategic tax planning and compliance advice
3. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
4. Drive operational efficiency and champion new ways of working
5. Support growth initiatives through networking and identifying new business opportunities
6. Maintain technical excellence and ensure high standards of client service
What We're Looking For
7. Strong corporate tax experience gained within a reputable UK accountancy practice
8. Proven ability to manage complex tax matters and lead client engagements
9. CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified
10. Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
