The role
Their Building Surveying team is looking for an experienced "Chartered Building Surveyor" to join their Exeter team. The role combines a mixture of hands on work as well as the opportunity to support the regional manager, overseeing a team of plucky graduates and trainees.

The right candidate
We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience
* Degree in Building Surveying
* Experience working as a "Chartered Building Surveyor" for a Construction or Property Consultancy
* Stable work history
* Recent Management experience or a desire to move into a management role
