About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a vibrant and inclusive school in Wolverhampton. This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within whole-class settings, depending on the needs of the school. Responsibilities may include assisting students with SEND, supporting lesson delivery, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support
2. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
3. Help promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
4. Support pupils with additional needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, or general learning needs
What We’re Looking For
5. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
6. Experience supporting children within a school or early years setting
7. Strongmunication skills and a proactive attitude
8. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
9. Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
