This company will provide comprehensive training—all you need is the right attitude and a genuine interest in this area of pensions.
In this role, you'll support governance across various client schemes while building strong relationships with Trustees. Your duties will include coordinating Trustee meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and assisting the lead Scheme Secretary. As you progress, you'll also manage your own portfolio of smaller clients.
