What You’ll Do
* Lead and oversee IT operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
* Design and implement modern IT architectures, including microservices‑based platforms and cloud‑native solutions.
* Collaborate with international IT Managers across multiple countries to drive global standards and best practices.
* Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with growth objectives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
* Mentor and support local technical teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within multinational or fast‑growing technology environments.
* Strong background in Open technologies (Linux, Kubernetes, container platforms, automation frameworks, DevOps tools).
* Hands‑on expertise with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.
* Extensive experience in Managed Services environments, including service delivery, SLAs, and operational governance.
* Strong expertise in Data Protection, Backup & Recovery solutions with knowledge of enterprise platforms and RTO/RPO‑driven strategies.
* Proven track record in modern architectures (microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines).
* Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different geographies.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
