This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to compensation and benefits administration, understand how reward programmes are structured and managed, and develop valuable analytical and organisational skills within a professional corporate environment. What youll be doing As a Compensation & Benefits Intern, youll support a range of analytical, administrative, and project-based activities, including: Supporting data analysis tasks such as market reviews, benchmarking, and preparation of reports Assisting with salary survey submissions to external providers and ensuring accuracy and timely completion Supporting the Compensation & Benefits team with project management activities, including tracking progress and coordinating tasks Conducting research on compensation trends and benefits practices to support internal benchmarking Helping draft internal communications related to compensation and benefits programmes Providing general administrative and operational support to the Compensation & Benefits team Gaining practical exposure to compensation and benefits processes and understanding the importance of compliance with employment legislation and policies What were looking for Were keen to hear from motivated, detail-oriented students who are interested in Human Resources and enjoy working with data in a structured environment.
