Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Worcester, is looking to expand their quality assurance team with the addition of a skilled NDT Technician. About the Role: As a NDT Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on a range of manufactured components, ensuring that they meet strict quality standards. The role is heavily focused on visual testing, but experience with other NDT methods would be advantageous. Salary: Up to £38,000 p.a. Benefits: holiday, medical, overtime payment (if wanted) other excellent benefits Key Responsibilities: Carry out visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Review and interpret technical drawings and production documentation Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances Work closely with production and quality teams to identify and address issues Maintain inspection tools and ensure equipment is calibrated correctly Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and quality procedures Requirements: Visual NDT Level 2 certification (PCN or equivalent) Proven experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques Confident interpreting engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills Good communication and team collaboration abilities Desirable: Additional NDT qualifications such as Magnetic Particle or Dye Penetrant Testing Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems What’s on Offer: Competitive salary dependent on experience Long-term career prospects within a reputable business Training and development opportunities A positive, safety-focused working environment How to Apply
