Spire Regency is now recruiting a Mammographer to join our bank team
The Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield, Cheshire opened in 1991 and has a full multi-disciplinary medical team onsite. We practice some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading-edge surgical procedures across a range of specialist fields like orthopaedics and general surgery -all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teams.
Situated off the A537 just outside Macclesfield town centre, we're a first choice hospital for patients in Cheshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Delivering expert Mammography services with precision and compassion.
2. Producing high-quality diagnostic mammograms in line with best practice and clinical standards.
3. Supporting Radiologists during interventional procedures.
4. Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
5. Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
6. Upholding the highest standards of safety, dignity, and comfort for all patients.
What We’re Looking For:
7. HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
8. UK Mammography Accreditation is essential
9. General experience is desirable
10. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Radiography, with a strong background in Mammography
11. A patient-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. A commitment to clinical excellence and continuous professional development
