We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator (Tank Transfer Agent). You’ll play a key part in supporting customers as they switch their LPG supplier, making sure their experience is smooth, simple, and stress-free.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting domestic customers moving to or from Calor Gas.
* Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer transfers are completed accurately and on time.
* Handling general customer enquiries, particularly during busy periods.
* Completing a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
* Confident communicator – great written and verbal skills.
* Customer-focused – professional, approachable, and empathetic.
* Proactive and organised – able to manage your time and take initiative.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience in retail, customer service, or administration is beneficial, but not essential.
* A team player who’s eager to learn and grow.
