You will be supporting the Director of Finance and Operations in the role as Clerk to the Governors with the following tasks: Produce, collate and distribute the agenda and papers to ensure Governors receive them within the agreed timescale. Create and maintain the action tracker from all Governing Body and sub-committee meetings. Distribute the minutes, prepared by the Minutes Secretary to all Governors within the agreed timescale. Advise Governors and coo-opted Committee Members of the dates of meetings for the year. Organise arrangements for meetings (including rooms, catering, IT, remote access etc). Provide administrative support to the leadership team as and when required, including managing safeguarding information and minuting safeguarding meetings. Facilitate the letting of School buildings. Support the Head's PA with the arrangements for the end of term assemblies. Person Specification: A solid educational background, at least up to A level or equivalent. Excellent written and oral communication skills and meticulous attention to detail Highly organised and efficient with the ability to work to tight deadlines Proficient in the use of MS Office
