Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Car Sales Executive in Hemel Hempstead to join a long-established and successful car dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a newly refurbished showroom, selling high-quality vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.

⏰ Working Hours Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, plus every other Sunday

Key Responsibilities
1. Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom
2. Assist and advise customers in choosing their new vehicle
3. Explain vehicle features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner
4. Answer customer queries and guide finance/payment options
5. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
6. Negotiate effectively and close sales
7. Report directly to the Sales Manager
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Minimum 1 year’s sales experience in the automotive industry (or similar high-value sales environment)
9. Proven ability to deliver first-class customer service
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Driven to exceed sales targets
12. Skilled in negotiation and closing deals
13. Full UK driving licence
