The successful Executive PA will facilitate Partner workload, through strong administrative support. Client Details Our client is a global law firm, who are looking for an Executive PA to join their team. Description DUties of the Executive PA: Managing schedules, including diary management and coordinating appointments. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of Partners. Organising meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel and accommodation. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately. Providing general administrative support to the Partners. Ensuring deadlines are met through effective task prioritisation and planning. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.Profile A successful Executive PA should have: Previous experience in a similar PA role within a legal firm. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
