Job Description
We are seeking a Chef de Partie for a vibrant, fresh food pub located approximately 25 minutes from Carlisle and Penrith. This establishment prides itself on serving freshly prepared food, made entirely on-site.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of around £32,000-£33,000 plus tips. The kitchen currently has a team of four chefs, and this role will be the fifth team member, as the pub is experiencing increased customer demand and plans to expand its team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and cooking fresh food to high standards
2. Assisting in kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness
3. Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service
