An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven individual to join the Medicine CPG in Ysbyty Gwynedd.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Assistant Service Support Manager is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Specialty Manager/Lead Manager, by collecting, recording, analysing, interpreting and reporting of statistical data required to monitor compliance with Welsh Government targets.
The Assistant Service Support Manager will assist the Specialty Manager/Lead Manager in ensuring that there is adequate Medical and administrative staffing cover to allow for the smooth running of the department; therefore management experience is preferred for this role.
The role involves being an integral member of the CPG operational team, coordinating, organising, attending and administering a number of meetings.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh applicants are equally welcome to apply.

* Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the full range of IT systems to include Microsoft applications ECDL or willingness to undertake

* Previous experience in an organisational and administrative setting
