Responsibilities
* Provide psychological interventions for people with mild to moderate common mental health problems such as anxiety disorders and depression.
* Conduct patient interviews and carry out risk assessments.
* Offer phone, online, or face‑to‑face support.
* Liaise with other agencies and signpost patients to services such as housing and employment.
* Accept referrals via agreed protocols and assess and support people in the self‑management of their recovery.
* Deliver evidence‑based high‑volume low‑intensity psychological treatments, including guided self‑help, computerised CBT, and courses through face‑to‑face, telephone, or other media.
Qualifications
Applicants must either have a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity CBT with IAPT PWP status or an MSci Applied Psychology (Clinical) qualification. Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, for which the Trust will cover the cost. Candidates requiring skilled worker sponsorship are ineligible.
