The Sales & Partnership Hub Manager will form part of the Central Sales & Partnership Hub Office for Crest Hotels, encapsulating everything from enquiries to rooming lists to relationship building. The role of Sales & Partnership Hub Manager will report to the Director of Sales & Partnership Hub and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in the leisure sales market or Hospitality, experience of working across a group and locations is desirable. Job Overview: As the Sales & Partnership Hub Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Central Sales & Partnership Hub Office, managing and developing the Guest Engagement team through the Guest Engagement Specialist. You will ensure smooth coordination of all reservations, events, and client activities across the Crest Hotels Group. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, and implementing proactive sales strategies, including handling enquiries, negotiating contracts, upselling at every opportunity, and maintaining strong connections with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. A key focus of this role is managing wedding enquiries from initial enquiry to final execution, maximising revenue at every opportunity. You will ensure clients are fully informed, build strong relationships with the bride and groom, and liaise with the General Manager to align expectations. You will also drive upselling of packages and add-ons, coordinate a seamless handover to the operations team to deliver a high-quality, exceptional event, manage payments, and provide detailed wedding documentation to support efficient delivery and client satisfaction. The role combines hands-on oversight of the events business with strategic sales management. You will also conduct competitor analysis to ensure the hotels offer relevant, competitive event packages, while reporting directly to the Director of Central Sales & Partnership Hub. The Hub is open 7 days per week, Monday - Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am-5.30pm Experience & Qualifications • Previous experience in a similar role. • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner. • Strong organisational skills, strong numeric skills, and a good understanding of figures. • Experience of managing and leading a team. • Good working knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS) such as RezControl.
