Murphy is recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to work with the Project Support Team at Southport.

The ideal applicant will be responsible for delivering key financial processes and administrative activities to support the project. In a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you will interact with a variety of people at all levels.
A day in the life of a Murphy Project Support Coordinator
1. Execute key finance and project processes such as raising requisitions, GRN orders, and reporting status related to ordering materials, resources, and plant.
2. Collaborate with Site Managers on weekly paid and agency labour processes, including timesheet collection, coding, and overtime requests.
3. Use the designated accounting system to process project transactions and generate reports.
4. Run weekly management order reports, review them, and attend meetings with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor as needed.
5. Identify and escalate issues to the Project Manager regarding site process compliance that could impact financial accuracy.
6. Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and sharing best practices within the team.
