We are looking for an experienced People andCulture Manager with a focus on recruiting and headhunting toensure robust talent acquisition for all the key roles within ourorganisation. You will be responsible for acquiring the talents andskills our organisation needs to achieve our global 50by40 mission.You will manage and coordinate the whole recruiting process fromconducting needs assessment together with hiring managers toonboarding of the new hire. You will be joining ProVeg during anexciting time of growth and transformation towards an effective andprofessional goto organisation for driving the transition toplantforward supply & demand. Besides leading onrecruitment projects you will be largely responsible for optimisingour processes so that we as a growing organisation with more andmore partner countries can offer excellent recruitment serviceswithin the framework of our impact model. You are a versatile andskilled professional with a Tshaped skill set combining deepexpertise in specific area of recruitment with a broadunderstanding of other disciplines such as HR Metrics Health andSafety Employee Relations and Learning and Development. You takepride in your role within the organisation focusing on impactfulwork that aligns with strategic priorities. You support managementas a strategic business partner to achieve organisationalgoals.

Tasks
Recruiting
* You will be responsible forrecruiting processes from the initial job description draftingcommunication with applicants to conducting selection interviewsand supporting and preparing the onboarding process.
* You will focus on optimising the recruitingprocess based on the organisational culture to ensure that ProVegattracts and wins the most promising talent that perfectly fits ourorganisational needs.
* You will support otherteam members and their recruitment efforts with your experience inactive sourcing and headhunting to expand our applicantpipeline.
* You will significantly boost ourheadhunting efforts with a focus on our hardtofillroles.
* You will create a headhunting strategythat helps ProVeg to find and attract the best talent to supportour mission.
* You will advertise vacancies onthe online job boards and diversify our portfolio of used platformsto increase our reach.
* You will ensure that thecandidates experience throughout our recruitment process meets thehighest quality standards.
* You will ensureprofessional timely and friendly communication with applicants andall other external stakeholders as well as with internal ProVegstaff.
Otherresponsibilities include
* Coordinating main learning activitiesat ProVeg aligning them with the organisations strategicgoals.
* Developing the inhouse training(selfpaced learning courses andworkshops).
* Overseeing and managing thePersonal Development Review process.
* DriveProVegs Employer Branding efforts focused both on internal andexternal communication.
* Supporting thedevelopment and modification of ProVegPolicies.
Requirements
Required:
* A bachelors degree in human resourcesbusiness psychology or a related field. Relevant certifications inHR or recruitment may be advantageous.
* Minimum3 years experience of working in recruiting andheadhunting.
* Understanding of internationalrecruitment practices and the ability to navigate diverse culturalcontexts.
* Ability to attend and represent theorganization at industry events conferences and networkingfunctions.
* Ability to leverage technology andsocial media for effective sourcing and candidateengagement.
* Ability to work accurately andefficiently with a high level of attention todetail.
* Strong organisational and projectmanagement skills to handle multiple recruitment processessimultaneously.
* Ability to work to tightdeadlines and manage priorities.
* Proactiveproblemsolving skills and ability to identify potential improvementand streamlining of processes.
* Excellentcommunication skills in English.
* Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to deal with all staff issuesrespectfully and compassionately
* Understandingand appreciation of diversity equity and inclusion principles withthe ability to integrate these into the recruitmentprocess.
* Ability to positively influenceorganisational culture.
Preferred:
* Germanlanguage skills
