Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer
Salary: GBP35,000 : GBP40,000

The Role
As a Geotechnical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Designing and overseeing ground investigations
*
Carrying out Phase 1 Desk Studies and supporting Phase 2 site investigations
*
Producing geotechnical and interpretative reports
*
Undertaking geotechnical risk assessments
*
Soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring and logging
*
Liaising with clients, contractors and internal project teams
You will also work closely with senior engineers and have the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge:sharing environment.

A degree in Geology, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
*
Experience working within a geotechnical or ground investigation consultancy
*
Based within a commutable distance of Derby
*
Full UK driving licence
