We are looking to appoint a Customer Experience Centre Case Handler for maternity cover within our Building Control team.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for nine months, with the potential for extension. We offer a basic salary of £28,597 to £33,698 depending on experience, working 36.5 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-4pm. Our offices are based at 10 Brindley Place, Birmingham, and while the team typically attends the office 1–2 days per week, this is flexible and open to discussion at interview stage.

Maternity Cover - Building Control Team Leader
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,412 – £41,771

As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Building Control Team Leader for maternity cover within our Building Control team.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for nine months, with the potential for extension. Senior Clerk of Works
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,091 – £51,356
Contract: Permanent – Full Time| Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days in the office)
As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Clerk of Works within our Design and Consultancy team.
The role will work across a range of areas including but not limited to EDI, domestic and non-domestic, commercial and non-commercial, new build and refurbishment projects.
Within this role you will be required to visit and inspect site on a regular basis, verify work against plans and standards, compile regular reports and trackers and to be able to keep accurate records. You must be able to report on progress and defects and ensure compliance with specifications, safety and quality.

Senior Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,091 – £51,356
Contract: Permanent – Full Time| Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days in the office)
As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager within our Design and Consultancy division.
You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Project and Programme Management and other team members in the delivery of professional consultancy services to clients.
The specific role requirements will include the provision of high-level project management and construction advice and technical expertise, including leading on the planning, resourcing, programming and management of capital projects to clients, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.
Applications are invited from candidates who can demonstrate experience in the preparation, implementation and management of NEC and JCT contracts for building and building services, and experience of project managing the delivery of either design or maintenance of a large diverse portfolio and customer profile.
