We are now recruiting for our Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme for our holiday club in Liphook. The role
You will shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff and follow a uniquely designed Fast Track Manager Programme, learning on the job all the essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club. You will learn KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management and customer service, among other subjects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with and learn how to manage day‑to‑day operations of a holiday club
* Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards
* Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
* Enable children to explore, grow and have fun!
* Full training will be provided
Requirements
* Previous experience of leading a team within a holiday club, after school club, another childcare setting or equivalent
* Keen interest in working with children and building leadership skills
* Fully committed to working the school holiday periods (Christmas, February half term, Easter holidays, May half term, summer holidays)
* Must complete an Enhanced DBS disclosure
