* Main duties:
o Provide technical support to service users
* The Role:
o Answer customer enquiries in real time
o Diagnose and resolve faults across the network
o Maintain and monitor equipment and systems, carrying out routine checks and incident response
o Document and communicate technical issues clearly, using ticketing/monitoring tools
o Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers
Candidate's Profile
* Fluent in either French or Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
* Car owner necessary due to location
* Previous experience in a customer service/admin role – Ideal
* Motivated candidate and fast learner
* IT literate
