Inclusion Support Practitioner
Simply Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Inclusion Support Practitioner for a full-time, permanent position.

The Role:
Full-time, permanent Inclusion Support Practitioner position
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help remove barriers to learning
Delivering targeted interventions focused on emotional regulation, literacy, and engagement
Working closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to adapt learning and provision
Supporting behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school day
Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people in an education, care, or support setting
Good understanding of SEND, SEMH, and inclusive practice
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting pupils
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
