Senior Employment Counsel (In-House)

£150K-£175K + bonus
London - fully office based
The role:
1. Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with local external counsel where necessary.
2. Oversee and manage employment disputes and litigation globally, ensuring effective resolution strategies.
3. Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance and consistency.
4. Advise on data protection and privacy issues related to employee data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
5. Support HR and leadership on organisational changes, including redundancies, transfers, and integration projects.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with external law firms, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
7. Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver proactive solutions that align with company culture and strategic objectives

9. Experience advising on employment matters across UK/EMEA, including managing disputes and complex workforce issues.
