About the Role The Service Advisor position is one of the most important and rewarding roles in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about providing assistance—it’s about building trusted, long‑lasting relationships. As the link between our customers and the workshop, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of their visit. You will be responsible for: Setting clear expectations for customers and keeping them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair Maintaining strong communication between customers and workshop teams Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate Ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the work carried out About You To be considered, you must have previous customer‑facing service experience. Strong communication, relationship‑building skills and a high level of customer focus are essential. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
