Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location
* Asheville, Marion, and surrounding cities in Buncombe and McDowell counties, North Carolina.
Sign On Bonus
$500 Sign on Bonus – paid in full after completing 100 hours of work.
Pay Rate
$16 per hour with weekly pay.
Schedule
Morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekend shifts available.
Job Responsibilities
* Work independently in a client’s home or community.
* Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
* Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
* Participate in community integration activities.
* Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.).
Qualifications
At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
