The successful candidate will work within our Ofsted graded ‘Good’ Early Years setting within our school site, which provides high-quality early-years education to learners from 2-4 years old. Directed by an experienced Early Years Lead and Preschool teacher, you will be well supported to deliver an enchanting curriculum through a child-centred, play-based approach.

* support our belief that every child has the right to the best possible learning experience;
* be committed to nurturing and growing learners as individuals;
* be flexible in their approach, and able to think creatively about how to get the best out of learners they work with;
* have high aspirations for every child in our school, and strive to ensure that every second of their learning adventure is magical, memorable and of the highest possible standard;
* uphold the school’s Christian values and support the school’s distinct Christian ethos; be an excellent communicator, able to engage both children and parents showing compassion and kindness at all times;
* be committed to their own professional learning and development; be able to contribute and support the school's continual drive for better and to achieve more than we dreamed possible.

We offer:

* A wonderful opportunity to work within a small and highly supportive school environment which is committed to you and your professional development.
* The opportunity to become part of a church school family who work together to open doors with learning, faith and care.
* Well behaved leaners who are enthusiastic about their learning and always strive to do their best.
