This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy logistics team, supporting the coordination of vehicle collections and deliveries while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Liaising with insurance companies, recovery agents, bodyshops, and customers to arrange vehicle collections and deliveries. Supporting driver and vehicle scheduling to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Assisting with route planning in line with driver regulations, including driving hours, breaks, and rest periods. Communicating with drivers throughout the day and resolving operational issues professionally. Ensuring service standards and contractual obligations are consistently met. Providing general administrative support within the transport operation. About You Previous experience within transport, logistics, or operational administration. Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude with good attention to detail.
