A team assistant is required to support the director and team of events and marketing.
Duties will include:
* Maintaining the Marketing database, inputting enquiries, updating contacts and ensuring GDPR compliance
* Organising events including sourcing venues, setting up suppliers, organising catering and entertainment
* coordinate speakers and logistics
* processing expenses, raising purchase orders on a P2P system, manage event budgets
* organise travel and diary management
Chosen candidate will need to have:
* strong organisation skills
* proactive team player
* orgainsed with good communication skills be able to liaise with senior headsand board of directors
* proven team secretarial experience will be required minimum 3 years
