Overview
Residential Property Lawyer 3+, West Midlands, c GBP 45,000 to GBP 65,000 (DOE). Leading regional firm are seeking a skilled and ambitious Property Lawyer to join this dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the department. You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Experienced Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience working in a busy residential conveyancing department.

Responsibilities
* You will be managing a full caseload of residential matters from start to completion.
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases.
* Handling Shared Ownership, Re:mortgages, and New Build developments.
* Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Qualifications
* Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Ability to hit the ground running and manage a caseload.
* Excellent IT knowledge and knowledge of Excel.
* Awareness of SRA Standards and Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations.
