Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Co-ordinator based in the We’re looking for a proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our busy working alongside colleagues in Purchasing and Sales to maintain optimal stock levels, place timely orders and ensure materials are delivered to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Compare supplier quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities or alternative suppliers. * Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports/cost analyses. * Raise purchase orders in line with quotations and ensure stock levels are maintained. * Provide customer quotes and pricing. * Resolve customer and supplier queries via phone and email. * Check supplier invoices for accuracy and pass for payment. * Provide general assistance within the sales office as needed.
