Senior Engineering Manager | Cardiff | Up to £75,000 + 15% Bonus
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Cardiff. The business is undergoing a significant period of investment, with major upgrades across machinery, technology, and operational processes.
This position will play a key role in driving site performance, with a strong emphasis on improving reliability, efficiency, and overall engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the site engineering function
* Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency
* Implement and manage TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies
* Monitor and optimise OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) performance
* Support the introduction and integration of new machinery and technology
* Work closely with operations and senior leadership to deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge and practical application of TPM and OEE methodologies
* Demonstrated success in improving reliability and site performance
* Experience managing teams within a fast-paced production environment
* Strong organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
