As Maintenance Team Leader, youll oversee a small team of multi-skilled Engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and supporting operational departments to minimise downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.

Maintenance Team Leader Duties include: Continental shift (2 days 2 nights).
Site performance and KPIs.
Planned and preventive maintenance logs.
Improvement projects.
Driving performance of the engineering team.
Maintenance Team Leader Requirements include: NVQ Level 3 as minimum).
Electrical qualifications would be a bonus.
FMCG experience.
Knowledge with packaging machinery (advantageous).
