We're looking for a Client Relations Account Manager to join our ever evolving commercial team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own as the Client Relations Account Manager - Payouts, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay clients across all verticals. You will act as the primary liaison specifically for the payouts side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.
* Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients
* Serve as primary point of contact to support payout problem resolution and ensure client retention
* Work closely with the product team and serve as a conduit to communicate the roadmap and ways of working
* Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources
* Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts
* Identify and communicate potential high-volume events to all internal and external resources
What you’ll bring
* The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally
* Organizational and time management skills
* Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services
* A strong aptitude to analyse and solve problems
* Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus
