About the Role
We are hiring a Warehouse Operative who will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, checking off and putting away of parts as well as operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks in a safe manner and assisting within the wider logistics team as and when necessary
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain a proactive, safe working environment
* Ensure administration and operation of the organisations warehouse inventory process
* Ensure timely completion of all put away and kitting activities to the highest standards
* Drive efficiency and productively within the team
* Ensure receipt, storage and kitting of materials
* Complete cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
* Working to kitting schedules and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
* Ensure that workplace audits and inspections are carried out to schedule
* Act an ambassador for the company values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Build and develop EHS culture as part of the wider warehouse and logistics team
What You Need
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* Experience using ERP or WMS Systems
* Good Standard of English required
