About the Role: The purpose of this office based role is to help deliver a first-class customer experience for both our tenants and landlords, when handling day-to-day maintenance and lettings related enquiries. This will involve coordinating, organising and managing tenancies as well as the proactive maintenance undertaken on the properties we look after on behalf of our clients.
It will involve liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and our offices to coordinate viewings, preventative, remedial, scheduled, and occasionally emergency maintenance work.
You will also be required to organise and manage the compliance surrounding the letting of residential property, ranging from electrical and gas inspections, to the serving of legislative documentation at the correct time.
