Le Rocquier School on the beautiful island of Jersey is offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to teach English Language and Literature within our forward-thinking English Faculty. The start date would ideally be this academic year but can be flexible; with the possibility of starting this role from January 2026 depending on the situation of the best applicant.

Opened in 2006, Le Rocquier School is a successful and flourishing co-educational, non-denominational 11-16 School in the Bailiwick of Jersey with outstanding facilities. The island of Jersey is a crown dependency of the United Kingdom, and situated in the English Channel. There are approximately 800 students on the school roll, along with 60 teaching staff and 50 support staff. Our inclusive school is located in the Saint Clement parish, which is located on the island's southern coast and has a population of around 10,000.
In % of our GCSE subjects added value at GCSE. Maths, English, Science and many, many others all exceeded expectation (adding value).
In our community we challenge ourselves and each other to be the best we can through our 'Vision in Action' strategies and our rewards system.
