A school in Abbots Langley is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Autism Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil with autism, promoting learning, independence, and wellbeing.
The Role at a Glance
* Deliver 1:1 learning and behavioural support
* Help the pupil access the curriculum and achieve goals
* Foster independence, confidence, and social skills
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support learning and communication skills
* Implement behaviour strategies and personalised interventions
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists
