Key Responsibilities
* Teach engaging and inclusive Art & Design lessons at KS3 and KS4
* Foster creativity, independent thinking, and technical skills
* Support pupils in developing their artistic identity and presentation skills
* Use assessment to monitor progress and plan next steps
* Promote a strong visual arts culture across the school
* Contribute to exhibitions, enrichment clubs, and school events
* Collaborate within the department and across faculties
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Art & Design
* A portfolio demonstrating both teaching practice and artistic ability
* Excellent communication and classroom management
* ECTs welcome - full mentoring and induction available
* A passion for student creativity and inclusive learning
