Overview
Regional Human Resources Business Partner role supporting multiple sites in the North West England. The role focuses on delivering a commercially focused people plan, acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving organisational effectiveness, capability development, and a high-performance culture.
Location and Salary
North West England (main sites in Runcorn, Birmingham, Wetherby & Boldon). Up to £58,000 per annum plus car allowance and package.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership teams to design and deliver a commercially focused people strategy.
* Act as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning people and business goals.
* Coach and guide senior leaders on HR strategies that drive growth and success.
* Champion talent development, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
* Advise and support leadership teams on Trade Union relationships, wage negotiations, and industrial relations matters.
* Use facilitation and coaching techniques to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve business performance.
* Lead initiatives in organisational development, change, and talent planning to meet present and future needs.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with HR expertise:
* Experience working with Trade Unions and supporting negotiations.
* Proven ability to deliver commercially driven HR strategies.
* Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior level.
* Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Skilled in designing and leading change initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a changing environment.
